As part of our ongoing commitment to our clients, BVAQ are excited to announce that the recently released ELISA Systems Oat Protein Detection Kit is now part of our extensive suite of allergen testing – suitable for testing ingredients, finished products, swabs and rinse waters.
Current Gluten methods available are capable of detecting the presence of Wheat, Rye and Barley only. This new kit allows for the specific detection of oats, completing the analytical puzzle for Gluten analysis.
Following a comprehensive suite of validation work by our Technical Team, the new test will be available from Monday 25th January 2021.
