BVAQ COVID-19 UPDATE QLD

Jan. 8 2021

We would like to reassure our clients that as an essential service, BVAQ continues to operate in QLD.

The Queensland government announced on Friday 8th January 2021, the decision to move to a 3-Day Lock Down of Greater Brisbane commencing at 6pm.

We can confirm that BVAQ falls under the category of an essential service. As an essential service, ensuring public health and biosecurity, BVAQ will continue to provide services to your business, alongside our COVID Safe Plans that are maintained during these restrictions.

The BVAQ COVID-19 Task Force, made up of Executive Leadership representatives across the business continue to meet daily to review evolving circumstances. The Task Force ensure that the measures in place align with government sources and other experts. These measures are continuously reviewed to ensure that they remain appropriate and reflect the compliance requirements recommended. Measures taken to mitigate risks and ensure Business Continuity Plans (BCP) are implemented to reflect these ever changing circumstances.

Through the support of our highly skilled and dedicated staff, we have been able to adapt to changes alongside our BCP and continue operations.  We appreciate your understanding as we all work together in these unprecedented times resulting from the pandemic.

We ask that you distribute this communication within your business to all key stakeholders to ensure that all staff that interact with our business are aware of the updates.

If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact our client services team or your usual point of contact within.

Thank you and stay safe.
