BVAQ Hours of Operation : December 2023 and January 2024

Christmas & New Year Public Holidays
Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th December 2023
Monday 1st January 2024 

Melbourne:  
BVAQ Melbourne laboratories excluding GMO, Allergens and Seeds, will be working through the Christmas/New Year public holidays with reduced staff members. 
Administration, Logistics and Sales will be closed on the weekend and public holidays.
Our National Customer Experience will be available from 8am - 12pm (ADST) on the Tuesday (26/12/23) and Monday (01/01/24) public holidays and can be contacted on 03 8378 2550. 
Registration will be open on the public holidays and weekends from 6am - 10am. 

Brisbane: 
BVAQ Brisbane Microbiology laboratory will be working through the Christmas/New Year public holidays with reduced staff members. Sample Registration and Sales will be closed on the public holidays.   

Sydney:  
BVAQ Sydney Microbiology laboratory will be working through the Christmas/New Year public holidays with reduced staff members. Sample Registration and Sales will be closed on the public holidays.  

Perth:  
BVAQ Perth Microbiology laboratory will be working through the Christmas/New Year public holidays with reduced staff members. Sample Registration and Sales will be closed on the public holidays.

If you require any emergency testing during this period, please notify us in advance as our laboratories will be operating with reduced staff.
